In this section we intend to inform you about the steps we will take to make your reservation, from the moment you contact us to the delivery of the keys of the house:

· Once the availability of the elected accommodation is verified you will receive an email with the first details of your booking and the total price. In this email you will be required to make a prepayment of a percentage of the total amount of the booking; 20% - 30% depending on the house that is the subject of reservation. This prepayment is required to confirm your booking in the desired property. You will only receive the booking-confirmation once MV.biz receive the proof of payment of the requested amount, which may be paid either by credit card or bank transfer.
 
· Upon receipt by MV.biz of the proof, you will receive another e-mail confirmation of your booking and other further information. As an attachment to this email you will receive a questionnaire-contract to be returned duly completed to MV.biz. This questionnaire is for you to  inform us about the details of the booking as, number of people, extras, time of arrival in Mallorca, etc.

· About 2 weeks before the date of entry into the house you will receive another e-mail confirming the details of your arrival, a meeting point for the delivery of keys, time of meeting and a detailed description along with maps that will lead you to the meeting point or to the house. The remaining amount of the total price must be paid upon delivery of the keys.

Please note that between the booking-confirmation and receipt of the last e-mail with the details of the delivery of keys may take a long period of time, so it is necessary that you inform us about any changes in your data contact that may change during this period or other changes that could alter the status of your reservation.
